Owl Barn

Owl Barn is a spacious, fully modernised, detached barn conversion, with full wheelchair access to all rooms.

The cottage sleeps up to 6 people, has its own outdoor seating and eating area, overlooking the beautifully maintained courtyard. The courtyard includes a small above ground swimming pool and ‘boules’ court.

Furnished and equipped to a very high standard with British TV, DVD player and Wi Fi access.

Wheelchair access

The Barn has been thoughtfully adapted with widened doorways, ramps, and a wet-room, providing ease of access for wheelchair users throughout. The Barn is also ideal for young children.

Furnished and equipped to a high standard with Satellite TV and DVD player.

When you arrive everything will be ready for you, and a warm welcome awaits. Alan and Liz will explain everything you need to know to ensure your stay is a good one.

Owl Barn consists of (all on the ground floor)

Open Plan Lounge with Kitchen/Dining Room including washing machine, electric cooker, microwave, and fridge. All utensils provided.

Double Bedroom, Twin Bedroom

2 Sofa beds in Lounge,
Large Bathroom/Wet-room

All rooms have electric heating. Linens, tea towels, shower mats, are included. Travel Cots with mattress and High Chairs are available if required.

Towels are not included.

Electricity is charged by meter reading at the end of your stay.The gite is kept to the highest standard and a cleaning fee of 30 Euros is charged. We ask for a security deposit of 140 Euros on your arrival.

Guests are asked not to smoke in the cottages and we only allow guide dogs.
